We are pleased to offer high quality wraparound care to support our families before and after the school day. Both our Early Bird Club and Out of School Club are run by experienced school staff, providing a safe, welcoming, and familiar environment for all children.

Early Bird Club

Our Early Bird Club runs Monday to Friday from 7:45am and offers a calm and positive start to the day.

• Cost: £3.50 per session
• Capacity: 40 children
• Children are welcome to bring a healthy snack and drink with them
• Booking and cancellation cut‑off: 2:30pm the previous day

 

Out of School Club 

Our Out of School Club provides after‑school care Monday to Friday from 3:30pm to 5:45pm.

• Cost: £8.00 per session
• Capacity: 40 children
• Children are provided with a healthy snack during the session
• Booking and cancellation cut‑off: 2:30pm the previous day

 

Booking and Payment

All sessions must be booked and paid for in advance through ParentPay.
We offer two payment options:

1. Upfront payment via ParentPay
2. Government childcare voucher scheme

Please note:

• Cancellations cannot be made less than 24 hours before the session.
• If your child does not attend, or you no longer require the session, the full charge will still apply.

Points to Note

• Both clubs use the Out of School Club room and have access to the outdoor area.
• All children must be registered to attend. Registration forms are available from both clubs from the School Office. They are also available to download on this page.
• Access to the Out of School Club room is via the gate on the upper junior playground and past the trim trail.
• It is essential that all children are signed into Early Bird Club and signed out of Out of School Club by the adult dropping off or collecting them.
• Both clubs are run directly by school and therefore come under the school's Ofsted registration.
